- System administration, architecture and scalability.
- New features suggestion and implementation
- Production issues troubleshooting

Requirements
- BS/BA in Computer Science or equivalent
- 5+ years of software development experience
- Ruby and Rails
- Apache
- mySQL
- nginx
- svn, git, rsync
- Experience with plugging and designing APIs
- Believe testing is part of the development process
- Lazy when appropriate, experience working with free and open source projects
- Good team player
