New features
January 22nd, 2009 | Posted in fairtilizerA few very useful features were just implemented on Fairtilizer, we hope you’re gonna like them.
Here what’s new today:
Password-protected private playlists

You can now securely service promo albums, compilations, or any type of release containing more than one track. To create a private playlist, just click on the “add to playlist” button of one of your private tracks and you will see the “create new private playlist” option at the bottom of your panel, go for it!
Reminder: you can send password protected private tracks and playlists to anybody, including people who are not registered on Fairtilizer.
New “add to playlist” panel

We have re-arranged the “add to playlist” panel to make it more user-friendly. It will be easier for you to decide whether you want to add a track to the bottom or the top of your playlist. Take a look at it.
“Buy links” on track pages
This has been one of the most requested features. While direct “buy track” buttons in the embedded players are currently in development, “buy links” are already available on your track pages.
To activate theses links, go to your track’s edit form (which has been re-arranged too!), then fill in the “URL to buy this track” case with the url leading to your digital store page for the track in question.
Additional tip: if you want to add more than one “buy link”, use the extra links case.
Give these new features a try and hit us with feedback!
